๐Ÿ“œ The Daily Scroll

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

The short version: we collect your email so we can send you the briefing, we don't sell it to anyone, and you can leave whenever you want. Here's the longer version, in plain English.

01 What we collect

Honestly, not much:

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or anything else. The Daily Scroll is free.

02 Stuff that never leaves your device

The Trading Floor calculator and The Ledger save your work โ€” trade plans, your journal, the scratchpad, NFA votes, and your theme/slang preferences โ€” in your browser's local storage. This data lives only on your device. It is never sent to us, and we can't see it. Clearing your browser data erases it (so use the Export button in The Ledger to back it up).

03 How we use your email

One thing: to send you the daily pre-market briefing. We don't sell, rent, or trade your email address, and we won't use it to spam you with anything other than the newsletter you signed up for.

04 Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the publication:

We don't use third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking cookies.

05 Leaving (no hard feelings)

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list immediately โ€” no "are you sure?" guilt trip. We keep your email only until you unsubscribe.

06 Children

The Daily Scroll is meant for adults making their own (definitely-not-financial-advice) decisions. It isn't directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

07 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect you will be noted in the newsletter.

08 Contact

Questions about privacy, or want your data removed? Email us at rugsytds@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Reminder, because we can't help ourselves: The Daily Scroll is editorial entertainment, not financial advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Do your own research and size your positions like a grown-up.
